Birth Package

Getting to know you during the remainder of your pregnancy and learn what you’d like from your labour and childbirth experience will be my top priority.

Being on call for 2 weeks leading to your due date and will accompany you in labour to support you (and family). Helping you (and your partner) to advocate for the birth experience you want.

Birth Package includes:

  • 2 Prenatal Visits: Covering all topics such as; what to expect from birth, comfort measures, how to manage labour throughout all stages, breathing techniques, baby care, the first 48 hours at home with your newborn, expectations in the hospital including protocols and general q&a’s. This can be done in person or virtually.
  • 1 At Home Postpartum Visit (2 hours): Within first 2 weeks of birth to see how you are doing and provide additional support and resources.
  • Assist in creating your birth wish list.
  • Helping both you and your partner prepare for labour and birth.
  • Support via telephone, email or text as needed during pregnancy and immediately postpartum
  • Labour support from the beginning of active labour or earlier if needed. 
  • Emotional, physical and informational support during labour, birth and up to two hours after the birth of your baby.

  • 2 prenatal visits
  • Continuous labour support
  • 1 Follow up postpartum (2 hours)
  • Postpartum support (8 hours)
